ICP0611 d-biotin is a natural vitamin that binds to avidin strongly and irreversibly. This antibody was developed and affinity purified using d-biotin as an antigen. The antibody binds biotin strongly but reversibly. This antibody has been used for both direct and competitive ELISA for quantization of vitamin biotin and western-blot analysis of biotinylated antibodies and proteins. |
