ICP1999 The antibody is raised in goats immunized with human chorionic gonadotropin alpha sub-unit (hCG alpha), which is affinity purified with mouse monoclonal anti-hCG alpha antibody. The antibody isaffinity purified using the hCG alpha agarose, and subsequently conjugated with horse radish peroxidase (HRP).
